Terms of use

Boardroom Cue is provided by Suman Kumar (“we”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which governs your licence to use the app. If these terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA applies.

Membership

• The app requires a membership: an annual plan, which starts with a 7-day free trial for people who haven’t had one, or a monthly plan without a trial. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• Your membership renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can cancel anytime: in the app under Settings → Membership → Manage subscription, or in your iPhone’s Settings under your name → Subscriptions. If you cancel during the free trial, you pay nothing.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content

Your scripts and videos are yours. They stay on your iPhone and we do not receive them. You are responsible for what you record and share, and for having the rights to it.

Fair use

Don’t use the app to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, or to reverse engineer or resell the app.

No guarantees

We work hard to make Boardroom Cue reliable, but it is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows. Keep copies of videos that matter to you, by saving them to Photos or Files. Our liability is limited as set out in the Standard EULA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will also be announced in the app.
