About Boardroom Cue

Boardroom Cue is the private teleprompter and video studio for founders. It is made by one person: Suman Kumar, an independent developer who publishes as CodewithKolin.

Who makes it

Suman designs, builds and supports Boardroom Cue alone, from the iPhone and Apple Watch apps to this website, and writes the guides here. You can follow Suman’s work on X at @CodeWithKolin and at codewithkolin.com.

Why it exists

Founders send a lot of short video: investor updates, client messages, team news, social posts. Most teleprompter apps focus on the reading. Boardroom Cue covers the whole job, from a script in your own voice to a clean, captioned video with the filler words taken out, and keeps all of it on your iPhone.

How the guides are written

• Facts about Boardroom Cue come from the app itself: its templates, its default settings and what it actually does.
• Facts about anything else are linked to their source at the end of each guide. Facts about other apps come from their own App Store listings, with the date they were checked.
• Drafts are written with AI assistance, then checked against those sources. When we compare Boardroom Cue with other apps, we say that we make it.
